Review: Eternal Seduction

Eternal Seduction
Eternal Seduction by Jennifer Turner

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I picked up Eternal Seduction because I'm a paranormal book h00r and it was reasonably priced for kindle download. With the cover I really didn't expect much more than something I'd either semi-enjoy or keep for that day when I have absolutely nothing else better to read and read it for the hell of it. I was pleasantly surprised. I fell in absolute love with this book and with the world that Turner created.

Going into the book I read Logan, the female lead was a drug addicted. That in a way was off putting, I was worried the book would be to gritty, or have to much to do with the rush of heavy street drugs, or that having been homeless Logan would be brittle and cold dealing with the aftermath of the horrors (possibly rape) from living on the streets. Instead Logan was lovably detached. She wasn't unlikeable or off putting. She had a wonderful sarcastic humor about her and lived with whatever is going to happen will happen attitude. Which is what draws the attention of Kerestyan, the Lord Vampire of NYC. Gotta say he got to me. I absolutely have a crush on him now. His loving, and warm. A real pillar of strength. He wasn't overbearing, and he wasn't filled with a lot of paranormal cliches where he had to have absolute control of Logan or anything. Not to say he wasn't an Alpha male, he drips yummy Alpha goodness, without the creepy factor.

Kerestyan brother in blood, and blood (hehe) Odin though left me with a major crush, like my crush on Tegan from [b:Midnight Awakening|1388813|Midnight Awakening (Midnight Breed, #3)|Lara Adrian|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1343539714s/1388813.jpg|1378890]. I truly hope in the future he will have a book of his own. Until then I HIGHLY recommend giving his brother Kerestyan and his lady love a shot.
